Video created (complete with music, effects, transitions, and title & credits pages) and uploaded to Nancy Markets You video channels on You Tube, Google Video and Yahoo! Video (also picked up by multiple other video channels and search engines such as AOL Uncut, MSN Live Search, Tru VEO, etc.). For real estate videos, links are sent via e-mail for use on MLS and Realtor.com. The video is uploaded a minimum of 7 times using various key words and phrases to enhance search engine placement.

* If I photograph the home or you e-mail high resolution photos to me, the cost is $75; if I have to download photos from a 3rd party virtual tour company, the cost is $100

Showcase Property Websites
Personalized address website (www.123Main.com) includes address domain name, FREE website hosting, up to 50 property photos, community and school information, and your own market branding (including a link to your personal website).
Price: $50-$75
Real Estate Website Services
Website Setup (for real estate template sites such as iHouse2000, LinkURealty, Z57, Advanced Access, Agent Achieve, RECafe, etc.); includes domain name research/ purchase/transfer, coordination with website host, plus multiple custom pages.
Price: $250 & up
Search Engine Optimization Analyze and maintain website for keyword density and ensure that each page is optimized for search engine visibility; create content that adds value to your website and helps to increase your search engine visibility for key phrases (see Addition of Custom Pages to Website); and submit your website pages to the main players in the search engine and directory fields.
Price: $500 for initial optimization, $250/month thereafter for search engine submission and website keyword maintenance
Addition of Custom Pages to Existing Website, to include individual city information pages, school information, golf courses, things to do & see, an expanded links & phone numbers page for all local information (utilities, hospitals, activities, newspapers, etc.), and more.
Price: $250 (one-time), included at N/C in Search Engine Optimization package
